Optimal movement performance focusing on "Sensory, Brain, Posture, and movement".
At first, the brain accepts sensory information and makes the image for the movement.
The brain creates the movement plan in the frontal cortex with this information.
The movement plan is divided into postural control and original movement which we want to do.
The postural control is ordered 100-300 m sec before the original movement.
In therapeutic training, we facilitate these processes such as sensory input, integration, and movement planning.
The combination of postural control and voluntary movement is also crucial.
It seems unstable without postural control and facilitates muscle strength and efficient movement.
Plan
Rehab plans are divided into intensive and follow-up periods. We recommend these plans!
- Intensive rehabilitation is recommended for at least 5-10 sessions initially.
- After that, we will regularly monitor your progress to maintain your performance.
- From then on, intensive rehabilitation is provided when necessary to maintain and improve abilities.
